Q: What are your room configurations?

A: In Sydney, we have 4 computer training rooms that range from seating 6 up to 18 very comfortably. We also have a seminar room (seating up to 35), along with meeting rooms.

In Melbourne, we have 3 computer training roooms that range from seating 8 up to 14 and 1 meeting room.

Q: Can I hire your rooms after hours?

A: While most clients use our training rooms during office hours, we also can organise weekend and evening availability.

Q: What time can I get access?

A: Our IT staff are on duty from 8am, however earlier times can be organised.

Q: What operating systems do you use?

A: We have both Windows 10 Professional and MacOS

Q: Is someone available to help should I have a technical question / need for support?

A: Yes, we have full-time IT people in both locations who are involved in the entire process of your particular training room requirements.

Q: Can you provide our meet and greet?

A: Along with a sign-in sheet and providing name tags, we can also greet your clients and help them with their coffees/ teas etc.

Q: What is included in the room rate?

A: All rooms have a ceiling mounted high resolution data projector, large whiteboard, wireless and ethernet internet connections, morning and afternoon tea including cappuccinos.

Q: Can I install my own software?

A: Yes, please let us know your requirements and we can advise.

Q: I won’t know my final numbers until the week before. What flexibility can you offer me?

A: We understand that cancellations may occur and offer the best terms and conditions to meet your budget requirements.

Q: We would like lunch to be included – do you provide that?

A: Yes, we can organise catering at our training centre or organise reservations at nearby cafes/ restaurants based on your budget.

Q: I need to organise training rooms on a regular basis. Can you offer any discounts?

A: Yes, particularly if you have scheduled training.

Q: What public transport is nearby?

A: The Sydney training rooms are 3 minutes walk from both Wynyard and Town Hall stations and the Melbourne training rooms are 5 minutes walk from Flinders Street Station.

Q: Is there parking available?

A: Both locations have numerous parking stations within 2 minutes walk.

The facilities and service that City Training Rooms provide are top of the line, well presented and professional. We regularly run training courses at their facilities and plan to continue doing so for many years to come.
